These children will be working closely alongside Mrs Steele and Miss Holford to help to organise events for the school and to show visitors around our school.
My name is Jennifer, but people call me Jenny. I am 10 years old and I have been chosen for the JLT. I am a dancer and do many types of dances. My favourite dances are tap and street dance. I’ve performed in many shows. I am also in the choir. As part of the JLT we help around the school. So far we have raised money for the Poppy Appeal, collected toiletries for the Christmas Fayre and helped in assemblies. I like being in the JLT because I like helping around the school and seeing how amazing the school is. |
My name is Frankie. I am 10 years old and I am in the Junior Leadership Team. I help around the school and it’s very fun. I am really good at Maths and I am a footballer. I am very helpful to other people and I will do anything for this school. |

These children are the captains of our school house teams. They will lead meetings with the houses, help to organise inter-house competitions and encourage their teams to earn as many house points as they can.

I like playing with my friends, reading and playing football in my spare time at home. Sometimes I play board games with my siblings when I am bored and when I’ve done all of my chores. |
In every class there will be a designated school council member. The children chosen to be the School Council Leaders will arrange and lead meetings (supported by Mrs Owen) and will organise events and make decisions alongside Mrs Steele and Miss Holford to ensure the school is the best place it can be for our children.
